At Montinho relaxation and tranquility are key. Therefore we only rent out 2 studios at the upper and lower part of our terrain.
Our concept is adults only with a maximum capacity of 2 adults in a studio. 

Location
The location of Montinho is superb, with beautiful green surroundings in Vale del Rei on a little road within a 5-10 minute drive to beaches and small villages. 
Montinho is located only 900 meters from the famous Benagil Cave and praia da Marinha, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. 
Within 10 to 15 car-minutes you are at the villages of Carvoeiro, Ferragudo, Portimao and Porches.
Faro airport is a 45 minutes drive.
We do advise our guests to rent a car although Uber is widely available in the Algarve.

Montinho’s Garden studio UM 1
Situated on a solitary upper part of our garden with great views on the surroundings and distant pool area.
If you appreciate privacy and at the same time a landlord nearby who can help you with all kind of questions, this is your answer.
The studio can be occupied by maximum 2 adults.
It consists of two units:
- a living room including a kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, air fryer, induction plate and coffee machine.
- a bedroom with good size bed (160x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with a big walk-in shower.
The units are connected by a wooden deck at the south side and private seating areas around the cabin.
Equipped with a fully operational kitchen,  you can provide for your own breakfast and meals here.
Air Conditioning / heating is installed in both units. Free WIFI is included.

Pool
Of course you are free to have a swim in our pool some 30 meters downhill from your studio.
Sun beds and different seating areas are present. You could encounter a maximum of two other guests here.

Parking
You can park your car right in front of your studio.

If you prefer a smaller property, in a quiet location, yet very centrally located to do a lot of trips, Montinho is your best pick in the Benagil area. We loved the tranquility, privacy, the very complete and comfortable studio, the wonderful pool area and the great location near beaches, nice towns, shops and great restaurants. And above all the friendliness and service by the owners, René and Saskia, who made us feel especially welcome and at home. Montinho is a perfect getaway for a relaxing summer holiday with beautiful cove beaches close by.
The facilities offer absolute comfort with very tasteful designs. The whole property is such a lovely quiet place, with many cosy corners to read a book or simply relax. Beautiful cove beaches are only a 5min drive away. Saskia and Rene are wonderful hosts and even provide a small beach bag with everything one could need. Everything at Montinho is thought through to the detail, so that nothing is missing for a most comfortable stay. It is a real treat to spend time there.
