SELF CHECK-IN
You can check in yourself using the key code or key vault at the entrance of the property.
So no hurry or stress on the day of your arrival. You could even arrive after midnight..
After booking we will send you a link with all the information needed.
We will try to welcome you in person the next day or whenever convenient.

Check-in from    15:00 hrs.
Check-out until  11:00 hrs.

EARLY Check-in < 3pm
We will try to have your accommodation ready as soon as possible depending other reservations that day.

RATES PER NIGHT Including cleaning.
Excluding Lagoa Tourist Tax of € 2 per guest per night with a maximum of 7 nights in high season.

Please note that your reservation will be confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total amount has been received.
You can either pay via PayPal or via our IBAN account number. We will contact you about the details.
The total amount must be payed 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Your confirmed booking can be canceled up to two months in advance. In that case we will refund your deposit.
Cancellations within 8 weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded. We strongly advise to effect an insurance against cancellation.

MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay is 4 nights. From July to September it is 5 nights.

SELF CATERING
We have a self-catering concept. We will provide you with the first needs for your first day.

MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS AND CHILDREN (under 18 years of age)
STUDIO
Since relaxation and tranquillity are key to our guests, our Montinho Garden studio is not a suitable location for children under age of 18.
We are happy to direct you to other fun properties for kids. We welcome a maximum of 2 adult guests.

APARTMENT in Carvoeiro
In our apartment we welcome a maximum number of 4 guests. Kids from 12 years of age and up are welcome. We do not think the apartment is a suitable place for young kids. The 2 balconies on the 3rd floor have no climb protection....
You can enter the apartment on the third floor using an elevator or the stairway.

SMOKING
We ask you to refrain from smoking inside your studio or apartment. Please consider other guests when smoking outside.
Note that during summer it is very dry in the area so the risk of fire is present. On request we can provide you with a safe ashtray to be used outside.

OTHER VISITORS
Please do not to bring friends or family to our properties.
We assume you choose Montinho because of its tranquility. We would like to keep it that way.

NEED OF A CAR
Although our studio and apartment are located near or in towns and beaches, we do advise to rent a car or scooter when you want to get around in the Algarve.

TERRAIN at Montinho
Please take into consideration that our terrain at our Montinho Garden studio is somewhat hilly.
The studio has to be entered by a small stairway with a few steps. The swimming pool can be reached by walking up our little road.

DOGS at Montinho
On our terrain at Montinho we have to friendly dogs who can be found around our house at the upper part of our terrain.
They will not bother you on your lower part of the terrain.
