WATER USAGE
Water is a very scarce resource in the Algarve.
The studios at Montinho have their own water well and therefore we ask you to be considerate in the use of water.
The apartment in Carvoeiro will have limited water pressure during the night.

SOLAR POWER
Our hot water supply is generated by 3 water solar panels, saving the environment.
In addition to our grid connection we have added 10 solar panels to provide electricity, reducing 1.459 TCO2 per year.

SEWAGE SYSTEM
Montinho has its own sewage system, disposing of items other than toilet paper should therefore always be in bins.

FIRST NEEDS
We have provided you with some first needs on your arrival.
Water, toilet paper, coffee capsules and a cool bottle of wine are present.
The remainder of your stay you are self supporting.

BEDDING, TOWELS AND CLEANING
You have a spare set of towels in your bathroom.
Bed linen is changed every week by our cleaning lady Daniella.
She will also do some light cleaning.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
A hairdryer is standard equipment.
Shampoo and shower gel is provided for.

BEACH and POOL VISITS
You will find a handy beach-bag with big beach towels.
A little beach umbrella is ready for use on the beach.

PARKING
You can park your car for free next to your studio or underneath your apartment.

WIFI
We provide free wifi.
