Boutique apartment Colina Verde is located in the centre of the lively little town of Carvoeiro, where you will find lots of little restaurants and terraces to enjoy a local vinho verde. The beach is only a 2 minute walk, where you can have a refreshing dip in the ocean and sunbath.

We have chosen a botanic interior style, creating a luxury and warm atmosphere. The apartment is located on the 3rd top floor with great views, even distant sea view. There are 2 elevators to take you up.

The apartment is 85 m2 and consists of 2- bedrooms and 2- bathrooms accommodating a maximum of 4 guests.

The master bedroom is an ensuite with a queen bed and access to a large sunny balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has two beds which can be separated and its own bathroom across the hallway.

All windows are insulated and have electric shutters, this keeps the apartment cool and shaded.
The bedrooms and lounge area are equipped with air-conditioning which can also serve as heating in winter season.

The lounge area radiates the botanic style with floral and wood elements, there is a comfortable seating area and a large sofa. The dining area seats 4, with a beautiful view of the surrounding green area. There are sliding doors to the 2nd smaller balcony.

You will find a large fully equipped kitchen, with cooking facilities, large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

WIFI is free and fast. You can also stream your telephone on the smart television.

The unique feature for this apartment, in the heart of the village where parking can be challenging, is access to a private secured parking garage with automatic doors.

The apartment is perfect!! In the heart of Carvoeiro, a short walk from the beach and super quiet. Saskia and her husband have an amazing apartment: very well decorated, practical, very clean, with all kinds of amenities and new! They are great hosts and make you feel at home! they left a bottle of wine, coffee, tea and the necessary for the dishwasher and washing machine. We have nothing but thanks to them. When we return to the Algarve we will return to Colina Verde without a doubt.

We booked Saskia’s apartment for almost a week and we loved every minute of it.
The apartment is very beautiful, looks like in the pictures. Very spacious and clean, two big bedrooms and two balconies we enjoy very much. The quality of the beds are hotel level. Such great comfort and the AC was a big plus. Very close to the beach but also on the quiet side of town. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. I would totally recommend this apartment and would definitely like to visit again. A bonus is having a two amazing restaurants just across the street for breakfast /lunch (Organic) and dinners (Chef’s Kitchen) which are must to try.
